UHMS Facility Accreditation Portal

The UHMS Facility Accreditation Portal gives facilities a centralized, convenient way to begin and manage the accreditation application process. From the Portal, facilities can access the online accreditation application and submit the required pre-survey documentation for review prior to the on-site survey. Additional resources and guidance to help facilities prepare for accreditation are available on the webpage below. Together, the Portal and supporting resources provide facilities with the information and tools needed to understand the accreditation process, prepare their documentation, and submit the required materials to the UHMS Hyperbaric Facility Accreditation program.
